ABOUT RunWild CanadaAdvocacy, education, philanthropy, fitness and fun combined!
RunWild volunteers present to over 6000 local Edmonton and area students every year, sharing the message of healthy living and community giving through pep rallies, also encouraging awareness about child abuse, cybersafety and the important work of Child Advocacy Centres. But we know we cannot be everywhere, and we know that the actual format of the successful RunWild event in Edmonton is not easy to recreate.
Our dream is that RunWild Canada can be used nationwide to fundraise for and educate about the important work of child advocacy centres providing an easy framework for parents, teachers, coaches and others to use.

It's like a choose your own adventure program- you can decide how little or how much you want to do to educate your students about why you are going to RunWild!
Fundraising? The suggested format is to have students bring in loonies and toonies on your own school's race day and then make a donation to your own Child Advocacy Centre. Some schools have even connected their leadership groups with the local CAC with tours or projects.
